Hart Foundation is dedicated to delivering comprehensive outpatient behavioral and mental health services to individuals of all genders, including children, adolescents, young emerging adults, and college students from diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to provide evidence-based effective support and treatment for a wide range of concerns such as eating issues, body image, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family issues, relationship difficulties, physical health concerns, and sport-related injuries.

At Hart Foundation, we take a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment, collaborating closely with medical healthcare providers, social workers, dietitians, as well as school, college, and athletic staff members.
